Fancy a run out? possibly the last one of 2009, given the ever worsening weather, so this Sunday, Rothbury Bacon Sarnie run. Starting at the Wheatsheaf next to the airport (NE13 8DF) 10.30am meet for 11am departure.

Anyone fancy it, only a short blast 30 mile or so there through some nice twisty B roads.

Sensible driving if you please, some slippy roads out there at the minute.

No, the Wheatsheaf next to the airport at Woolsington/Callerton, postcode NE13 8DF, have updated the opening post, have added you to the list, hope you can still make it.

POJ...welcome to jump in with Ad, or my pax is available too, if not bring the bus along, its going to be a sensible paced one. so no worries with you keeping up etc.

Thanks in advance to Hedgetrimmer for helping with route, all we need now is the weather to hold out.

Unfortunately I will be in the tin top as the cat is in bits still. I will have precious cargo as well as the misses and 4 year old jumped at the opportunity of a bacon buttie!

Hello Paul,

I would have been up for this if I had`nt been away earning some pennies, in sunny Tunisia at the moment...You could have blagged a pax ride in the 997 GT3 RS with me, it would have been a pleasure..

All the best fella, and keep your head up!
