Moving to the NE soon.

I know that there's HHC in Hexam but I was wondering if there are any other places people take speed 6 TVRs for a good pampering.

I tend to find a little competition keeps dealers on the friendly side .

I have used Hexham in the past, they are good but not the cheapest! Had the last service done by Selby TVR who picked up and dropped off the Tuscan. Have to say I was very impressed, very reasonable and sorted out some niggles I had.

selby tvr A big thumbs up , Just picked up mine at lunch time today , they picked up the car on a low loader , full 12k service , new shocks geo setup ,tappet adjustment, 10/10 my car feels better than ever before . steve nigel and gareth know there stuff if your in the north east try them out.

What do they charge for pick up and return from Newcastle?

Will certainly drop in on Falcon as well.

pick up was £50 but i`m a wee bit south of newcastle i`m about 60 miles from selby

The guys at Hexham are good but as others have pointed out they are not the cheapest.

There are three that I know of around the Harrogate area - Selby TVR as mentioned, Drivestyle Horseless carriages in Harrogate & SSCC in nearby Borobridge....after that you have to head West.

Just had my Cerb tappets checked and a few others bits n bobs done @ SSCC - very pleased.

I booked the car in and stayed for a few days with the missus in harrogate and made a bit of stay out it....£50 quid for a low loader or for a travelodge room..?

Used SSCC and they turned the car around in the day. Its 20 minutes by train
into York and the garage will drop and pick you up from the local station.

That was for a 6K service and MOT.
