Just what is it about Black BM X5,s that create animosity..., well maybe the fact that this morning I was driving along and noticed the above car turn out from a side road, comes over my side of the white line..., and there it was ( TYPICAL) a BLONDE female on the phone with ONE hand trying to turn, she could hardly see over the dashboard..., sunvisor pulled down, probably trying to hide the fact.
Strangely or maybe the norm, it was a black X5 that wrote my daughters 2 year old Corsa off last year, after rear ending her car at a stop sign..., the consequences of this I don,t like to think about too much !!... fortunately she was,nt badly injured.
This blatant disreguard of other peoples safety has got to stop, ie mobile phone use on the move.., if I,m ever in a position to take a reg number when I see this phone abuse happening, then for what it,s worth I,ll take it to the nearest police station..., At least I,d have done something .

Its not just X5s though is it. Guy behind me this morning in a red VW caddy van. On the phone for at least 5 minutes and also stuffing a stotty down his cakehole at the same time - no hands on the wheel on the Coast road and tailgating close enough so that I could see his breakfast.
You just can't believe some of them are really that stupid that this doesn't cross their mind that it might be a bad idea to do this kind of stuff.

If you think its bad in the UK then come to Tunis for a while, thye use there phones, wrong way round the roundabout, motorways, cut you up, drive all the sides of the roads just to get in front of you, mayhem
I have a UK registered X5 (not black) which is a big 4.8litre monster so I am fully aware of what it can do if it does plough into somehting
My motto is dont ansa whilst driving if its that important they will call back
