Workshops to rent?

I currently sub-let a workshop in the ouseburn valley, which is convenient as i live near by in jesmond. The let is up at the end of the month. does anyone know of any large garages/ units to let in the newcastle area? as my project is a tad way off finishing yet (v8 engine into bmw e30 if anyones interested)
