Just spotted a few Shows some folk may be interested in.

Next one is the Lakeland Historic Vehicle Show Taking Place on 21 June 2009. I know this is not strictly classed as North East but if anyone wanted to meet to Convoy over, its a lovely run up through middleton in Teesdale, down through Alston etc.

Well done sir, we need a few posts advertising coming events as I normally end up reading the review...
The Lakes event looks a possibility although it is Gillinggg next weekend.

There is a good show on Sunday 19th July at Newby Hall near Ripon ( near the racecourse ). There are usually about 1000 entries featuring all sorts of cars. It is probably one of the biggest classic car events in the North East, and if you are interested in pre '73 cars then it is well worth a visit.

There is the North East BMW concours at Harewood House (nr Harrogate) on Sunday 21st June which is part of the "Fathers day Vintage & Classic Vehicle rally"
