Any Mechanics tesside area want some free labour?

as above really, i try by best to do all my own work to my cars/bikes/landrover however im average at best due to a lack of any training from someone who knows correct procedures of doing things. i could dedicate a full day every monday to helping someone who needs a extra pair of hands in exchange for some usefull knowledge. im a quick learner and would really appreciate it if someone would take the time to teach me a few things! hope theres someone out there that can help me !
