A1 Autocraft query

Chaps do you know if these guys are still trading? They are based on the teamvalley trading esate near to Sainsburys.
Their website phone number doesn't accept incoming phone calls and their fax is turned off. All my emails to them have gone unheeded.

Bit worried since I've placed an order via their website weeks ago.

I'm fairly sure they have gone pop - either that or shut up shop and moved else where VERY quietly.

Yes they have gone. I visited on Friday and the place is an empty shell. Unfortunately for me I purchased something online from them. The money has been taken but no goods! The website is still up and running and taking money!
I have informed PayPal of this. Hopefully others wont be had.

They have moved, apparently, but my last communication from them was a week ago. Since then, the phone just keeps ringing. I think i've lost £3500!

Just had it confirmed - they went out of business last week. They have a proposal strike off. As far as I can establish, they haven't appointed administrators, they have just closed the doors and run off with the money!

Spoke to A1 today. They are apparently still operating and claim that all is well and any confusion is down to changing premises and changing company name. I'm yet to see my money yet though!
