Sports car hire or club (like supercar, but sensible money)

Does anyone know of any sportscar hire companies in North or better still North East/Yorkshire. Looking for Caterham, elise etc. or has anyone seen something like club GT up here where they have iconic cars on a sensible membership (not supercar silly).

Cant say ive seen any up here... i take it you mean for road use, and not track?

If there isn't one, do you reckon there would be a demand. I'm getting sick of changing my car and losing thousands, but get bored after about 9_14 months.

I would love to find a sports/classic car hire club local(ish) to me.

Thinking interesting stuff to stop boredom setting in, cars that either look amazing or are quirky, mixed with some modern classics (Late rover mini cooper etc), and some proper drivers cars.

That collection of motors would tempt me certainly the £2000 per annum package but the time/cost of a 6 hour round trip to pick up then return a car would make it unviable, as would the cost of a weekend in scotland with the OH just to keep her quiet.

Good idea, but I'm sure that loads of these clubs have been going under lately... Maybe it's not the best time to be starting another one.

Who would have a google ads banner on a prestige car hire website? looks pretty ropey to me, especially compared to some of the other companies out there.
