I'm sure you are all aware of the recent court case rulling for Croft Circuit.

There is now a petition.....

But nothing is going to happen to croft... the dispute was all about getting more public events on Croft...which was turned down... so it will be keeping the 40 odd days it had last year

well yes, that is if they can stay a float because they have just about canceled all track days this year

I know, its a 50cc so its never going to be hugely exciting but i enjoy it

So while Croft is desperately trying not to annoy their neighbours with noise you decided that it would be a good idea to trespass on private land and blast virtually past the front door of the complainers house on a noisy motorbike and not only that you then post the evidence on youtube with your reg number showing, I'm sorry but we DO NOT need that kind of help

As has already been said, the 40 noisy days that are allowed probably won't generate enough income for Croft to survive, track days and private hire to teams for testing generated the extra income to allow the circuit to open all year, the loss of this income and the £800,000 fine and costs has made a big dint in the operating budget. Croft has already cancelled the NSSCC test day and I believe at least one of the motorcycle meeting has been cancelled.

Well when i arrived the gate where open, rode in, seen nothing was on. Stopped to have a chat with my mate when the gaurd came, asked if there was anything going on track then he left us. And i did ride past there house probably yes, but on a public road like i pass a lot of other peoples houses. Only a bit of light hearted fun, sorry it wound you up, sir.
