What a shame, wonder what happened to the plethora of hundred grand cars he had

Hi Stu _ I'm mate, how life with you and what are you driving at the minute _ thought you were changing mota's last time we talked.
As for Lee, there were more examples of his time with PH; there were a few of us who smelt a rat and tried a softer approach to 'outing' him, but when the laidies came about I don't really know why we bothered being subtle. The biggest problem was that kinda killed worthwhile discussion regarding petrol related shenannigans in the NE for a couple of weeks.

I seem to remember a few on here sticking up for him actually...
Someone I know, who happens to know this person, actually said to me they thought he would get away with it. Apparently not...!
Not sticking up for him Paul _ combination of stopping trolls coming on and dominating the NE forum and also trying to find out about him in a more subtle manor. Shame it all got so heated. He was a relatively convincing chap for the first few times you met him, but he was always trying to hard to impress and then he just didn't know what he was talking about, like claiming the Police had stopped him in Porka GT3 because the exhaust was too loud, apparently kicking out 150dB _ Byff's old cerb is possibly the loudest car I've heard and that was more like 130dB. At 150dB you'd have serious health problems.Someone I know, who happens to know this person, actually said to me they thought he would get away with it. Apparently not...!
But he's gone down deservedly _ although I suspect that this will be a classic example of leopards not changing their spots.

ooh, well it goes to show you never know what people are hiding, Im assuming this is the bloke who came out in the spotless M5 on my only NE Run out... Fantastic car and he seemed like a nice bloke, I think I remember him talking about some wolves or something. If the M5 wasnt his I feel sorry for who ever was the owner!

Not casting aspersions on anyone, but the jokes wearing thin now, and I'm the third most fun person on here;)
:ROFL:Sorry Ray, I was only jesting when I put that.
However you are correct that the joke is wearing thin - we need NEPH to get back to normal.

What a bugger he was then! I guess it adds further strength to the old saying "never lend anyone anything you cant afford to give away/lose". He never bragged about anything to me when talking to him so I guess I could never of thought anything was wrong..we just talked about the M5...it was a very good example! How are you keeping and what are you driving at the minute?

Personally, Im very well mate, just had my parents out here for the weekend, unfortunatly the economic climate (lots of people in our company and others being made redundant) out here means Ive had to keep my sensible hat on for the time being and stick to a company supplied rental car until I know what the crack is for all I know at the min I could be redundant in a month, its that unpredictable!!!...its frustrating as Im really into my motors and want something badly. Im keeping a look out for Zm4 coupe's if I end up doing lots of miles...if not then a Vette Z06 may be back on the cards...I even looked at getting a Camaro when they make it over here as Im unlikely to get a car until late April at the min.
I really want someone to open a Lotus Dealers over here because if they did Id have an Exige in a heartbeat! I trust you and Mrs Z are well?
