No idication, now i for some reason knew this was going to happen, so i applied breaks at the right moment, i expressed my concern with the relevent hand gesture to the passenger, who hopefully said 'WTF is his problem' to which i hope the driver then said 'Oh its proberbly because i wasnt indicating'..... but probs not.

That is all.....

Sadly, indicating doesn't seem to be part of the driving test these days. rolleyes

The thickos on the road don't seem to realise that it is also a form of self-defence...letting others, including day-dreamers know exactly what your intentions are.

It is also an act of courtesy to other road users especially at roundabouts, so allowing the traffic to flow more freely instead of sitting around mind-reading, as well as to pedestrians, the forgotten road users. Even we have to get out and walk sometimes. smile

Ah so it's not just me that's notice that. B@stards. How the hell can they be put in a position of being able to criticise my driving when theirs is worse.
Just like when I got pulled by that marked plod on the A1 in '07: she was sat in the middle lane for mile after mile (good example to us all there, excellent rolleyes )... AND she was doing 85mph and THEN had the neck to pull me when I overtook. Cheeky cow. WPC from Thirsk, redhead, dog van. Probably on the blob...

Slightly O/T but to all my good NE petrolheads - be careful parking around Newcastle airport. I got pulled last week for being parked up (next to the row of cottages, in the bus lane type thing) waiting for a visitor's flight arriving. Apparently they're clamping down big style. Just a friendly tip.

(ps I'm not disbuting I was in the wrong, but nevertheless suprised at how 'serious' my offence was seen to be mad)
