Looking for a dark blue 306

This car ran my friend off the road quite badly on Saturday morning at 8am on the Spine Road from Moor Farm Roundabout to Cramlington in Newcastle.

After bouncing off the central reservation and spinning backward down the road (which was fortunately quiet at that time) my friend called the Police who attended the scene.

The 306 left its front bumper behind before speeding off after crashing into my friend.

The Polcie have had no luck tracing the car.

If anyone has any info as to the whereabouts of the 306 which would've been missing a bumper on Saturday or has mysteriously gained a different coloured bumper over the weekend matching the above part reg, please let me know, there is a reward for the correct information as my friends car sustanied considerable damage from the incident.

Sorry cant help too much but I do travel past there most days so ill keep an eye out for the 306.
No really sure what ill do if I do see it, call the police and follow i guess but ill keep a look out all the same.

Do you/the police have the full reg no.?

Just suprised that it can't be traced as I assume they left their front no. plate behind.

Thanks chaps, no full reg number, apparently the police looked at the scene but couldnt find the plate so are sceptical if it had one on the front in the first place
