Does anyone know a decent engineering firm in the Redcar area that could make my a transition plate to put my throttle body onto a bigger inlet manifold at a reasonable price?

Is scotch corner aera to far away mart ??
Greame sykes who has the rover v8 powered drag bike has his own engineering company and ive seen the work he does and would strongly recomend him. As scotch corner is only darlington i dont think he is very far away.

Thanks for the reply I will bear him in mind. I will hopefully have my old manifold off today and the I will see exactly what needs to be done.

Cheers

Had a place called CAS engineering in Northallerton recommended to me by the guys at motoscope when I had a moment of madness around creating a 200+ bhp N/A engine for my Focus.

The guy (Craig I think) seemed to know his stuff so may be what you are looing for.

I know the place as I get my car mapped at motoscope.

Got the throttle body off and i think I am going to have a pop my self. I dont think it will be that hard to make a plate.

Now I just need materials. Where can I buy a peice of steel 3/4" thick and 104mm square ?
