There's a company on Bill Quay Industrial Estate. I forget the name but you'll find them on Yell. They did a great job of some wisbones I gave them and were very cheap as well.
There is also Stella Blast at Chester-le-Street. Drew is very obliging and quite cheap. 4 alloys tyres removed blasted powder coated and tyres refitted +balanced approx £150
