Greetings all.

Have organised a rolling road day at Vsport in Boldon for this Sunday, 18th May.

A couple of runs with print out will be £30, a futher run with more detailed print out will be £40.

The machine will be set up for RWD cars only to allow as many on without having to change the set up.

Vsport is located to the rear of Asda in Boldon, just off the A19.

http://www.vsportonline.co.uk/

We will be there from 10am this Sunday 18th May. There are quite a few cars coming, several just to be spectators.

Is this open to all makes. My cars just about ready for summer so I'd like a check on power (964 Turbo). I may pop along if so. At croft Saturday, should be around on Sunday.
Cheers, Mark.

Please note that this is a BMW club rolling road day, whoever has posted this has not had our permission to advertise this RR day outside the BMW clubs forum.

It is not an event for everyone to just turn up to, its a pre-arranged day with a paticular club.

However, I will contact the BMW club organiser and see what we can do to accomodate people on the day.

Please note, if you are just coming along to spectate, please leave your vehicle outside the industrial estate car parks as parking is limited already.

^^^^^^^ What he said!

I'd 100% like to come along and have my car on the rollers. I am also a BMW owner although not in the club (and it's my Porsche I want to run, not the BMW). Please let us know if you can fit a few more in, cheers.

Mark, 911(964)Turbo.

  • ******** CANCELLED ***********
Sorry, but the rolling road day for this Sunday has been cancelled. It was open for non-BMW cars, but as the toial number of cars confirmed remained low, we have to cancel this time.

Will look to re-schedule later in the year.

There may have been some additional support from non-BMW owners for this to go ahead.

Mornin' Simoted,
hopefully me an' a few mates weather permitting (spent last sunday afternoon cleaning the car and I'm not in a hurry to do it again). Was up there last week, great way to start the day (couple of pics in the ferrari meet thread).

I'll stick a new thread up and see how things go.smile
