Does anyone know whether its possible to have this done for a reasonable price in the area? Considering what I pay for a service and a few jobs for MOT, I wouldn't like to imagine what it would cost for a job like this at one of our local TVR garages. Any advice would be much apreciated.

Looks like it. I'm sure Steve at Falcon could do it but I have no experience of outrigger replacement

Get a quote from Richard Thorpe at RT Racing in Sheffield.(www.rtracing.co.uk).

I've had lots of work done there on different TVRs.
He'll even send a low-loader for the car if need be.

Froggie is asking because he has a spare damaged Tuscan chassis which may be suitable for donor sections.

Not sure, wouldn't new steel tubing be used rather than TVR specific chassis parts?

Froggie didn't know what car it was for and thought sections from a 2007 chassis at 2k miles would be in good order and easier to cut and fit than making up from scratch

Oh I see, if I put it in somewhere to get done and they need to source parts then I know where to come. Many thanks.
