Looking for a body shop on Teesside

My buddys windscreen has just cracked on his BMW E36 coupe, and there's pretty bad rust above the top corners of the screen so unfortunately it can't be replaced until he's had the rust sorted. Can anyone recommend a bodyshop in Middlesbrough or the surrounding area who will do a proper job (i.e. Cut out the rust, weld in new plates, fill and paint rather than scam me with a cover-up) for a reasonable price?
He's not too bothered about the quality of the respray as the roof has seen paint before and the car is only worth £1-1.5k. Cheers.
