I've just checked the diary, I am traveling there on Saturday. There's several places along the A19 where we could meet up, the road leading into Crathorne for example. There's bound to be more NE folk going.

Paul the (surveyor) the NETVRCC RO has said he would be at the washington services south at 8.30 Saturday the 1st for the drive down to the racecourse and rumble onto Elvington . Might be there meslf not sure yet . Would rather just go straight down to Elvington can imagine the traffic to be murder around the racecourse on a saturday.

Guys

Rich confirmed that they are gathering at the racecourse for 9.30, so if we departed at 8.30 we would be too late. I've issued an Email, and posted on the TVRCC forums to indicate that we would need to be leaving Washington earlier.

I have stated that we are leaving Washington at 8.00 sharp, which i know is a hiddious time for a Saturday morning, but that's the time we'll need to leave to join the drive....

Cheers and see you bright and early.

anybody going from the teesside area on Saturday ?
I am heading up and intend to go to the racecourse so will be setting off early,
May meet up with Paul (the surveyor) and the rest of the guys from up north on the A1,

That's the plan anyway, but it all depends on the car, she has just decided to spit some of its coolant out (may have a leak in the radiator) so if you see it with the bonnet up I will be checking the levels,
not waiting to be inspected by a judge laugh

Yes Phil but I have a meeting early Saturday so I'll be too late for the racecourse run. I'm going straight to Elvington

Change of plan ...I will be going straight to elvington,

not going to chance getting stuck in traffic, with the cooling system
not working well.

Bob what time do you intend setting off ?
Do you want to meet up at the lay-by I was stopped in last year, on the way down to BNG.

The lay-by was after the first northallerton turn off, at the top of the bank after the tontine.

We will set off at 10 and see you there.
