After much perusing of yell.com I've had very little success in finding the following services in the north east, anyone where I might find any of the following? The first one is the most important one really.
1)
I could get an engine block and a few other bits and bobs acid dipped/cleaned or thoroughly cleaned by any other method locally?
2)
Anywhere that does chroming locally that are any good? Need a few bits and pieces doing that I don't really want to have to send away for a week or two.
3)
Anywhere that can engrave metal locally, slightly larger stuff (think cam cover sized) not just the back of a wedding ring. Found a couple of places but hoping someone here might have had cause to use somewhere they can recommend. Not too important but it'd be nice.

Sorry Luka, I have facility to do arse dipping but acid dipping would take some sorting. Sounds interesting though, I'll get some phosphoric and find a chav to test it on. Should be fun, I may need to fine tune it so several chavs could be required, even better
