Cleveland Unmarked Skodas - What colour? Style?

Is it just me or are there lots of Skoda's out and about on Cleveland's road just lately?

Does anyone know with any authority what colour and style their MK2 Skodas are?

Silver Octavia VRS, plus a Silver Merc 4x4, Ford Focus, Honda Pan European etc. Also keep an eye out for the Volvo a bit further up the A19.

I know of at least 1 Race blue Metallic MK2...

Watch out for a possible new MK2 Estate. Derek Slack Motors had a white one parked out the back on Saturday and IIRC white is not usually available on the vRS.

Amen to that. Black, TDCi, New Shape (56 or 07 reg iirc), very well hidden blue repeaters. I followed him over Newport bridge in boro and watched other people getting very frustrated at him obeying the 30mph limit. A couple came close to undertaking, then realised what was going on

Burgandy Skoda Superb, unmarked, with blue light on dash. In and around coulby/hemlington area of mbro.

Met black Volvo S40, unmarked, between Yarm and Northallerton.

In same area, silver 54 plate Impreza Uk, with strobe in grille and pop up board on shelf.

Unmarked Mk5 Astra estate, in silver, this one pulled me a couple of weeks ago.

several Focus ST's in different colours, unmarked, mbro/a19 area.

New 3 series coupe, in a white colour, with strobes beneath front plate.

grey honda CRV's in darlington.

unmarked civics in mbro, not type r's, but still need to look for them.

i'll remember some more in a bit

The silver Impreza on the A19 also works the A1. Sometimes it has a blue light rail on the roof, sometimes it doesn't. It's based out of N'allerton or Thirsk so rarely seen up towards Teesside.

Just been to see how my car was getting on at the bodyshop in Middlesbrough. Coming upto Newport Rd roundabout and a Audi A3 driven by an old bloke goes into the back of the unmarked Silver 06 Skoda VRS with a marked traffic volvo benind the A3.

Hardly any damage but was highly amusing as they where all out and taking pictures on their mobiles

Just seen an unmarked silver(ish) Mercedes M Class tonight in Redcar. Looked inconspicuous too - a 52 plate, big tow bar on the back. Not the sort of thing I'd normally be looking out for.

I've seen the silver M-Class - seems to have "Police" cutout in what would normally be the centre brakelight in the back doors...

The Silver one pulled a car into the lay-by just after the A66 roadworks near the Yarm junction yesterday.
