Thinking about getting new carpets in my chim (current ones are a bit faded and in some places discoloured).

Anyone know of somewhere local that does this that they can recomemnd? PH Search finds plenty of DIY suppliers but I dont really have time (or inclination) to do it myself.

Thanks for the response. I'm after a full set of carpets, I already have the autostyle front maps to (partially) cover my faded carpets - and would recomend them for anyone looking for mats.

No, what I want is something like the carpets supplied by coverdale (http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=8&t=114950&i=0) but I want someone else to fit them for me, bacause:
1) I'm a lazy sod
2) I'm not particularly happy taking the hood seciton off myself (or should I say putting it back on again!)

Hi Mick,

There is a place at Plawsworth Gate, (a petrol station/garage), and they used to do interior re-trimming etc.

Not sure if they do carpets, but may be worth a look as they are near you ( I think!).

Failing that, what about the MG specialist on the way to Darlington?? They would be able to do it I reckon, but at a price!.
