You might or might not know that on wednesday morning Scottish Andy (aka Passender Andy off of the cobweb run) and myself will embark on a rediculous bike ride from London to Paris.

Yes, it is a really long way, and yes, we didn't really think it through when we signed up for it... but its for charidee, and we can't let them down! The good people at Marie Curie Cancer Care wouldn't be best pleased with us and we'd probably go to hell if we didn't do it, so we've got no choice. Our commitment, was not only to actually pedal our way between countries, but also to raise some money - and thats where you come in!

Please bear in mind that not only will our legs probably fall off from the effort, but I've just checked the weather forecast, and its looking like thunder storms! (oh well, I'm used to getting wet whilst touring as members of THIII will testify!)

If you can spare a quid, every little helps, if you can spare a fiver even better. Please help us and Marie Curie by donating what you can. You can do it online at www.justgiving.com/gandalondontoparis (and given you're online now, why wait). Or, if the banks don't trust you with cards, then there are collection tins in Camp David and Stereo in Newcastle.

All that is left boys and girls is for me to say thank you, and hope that our pain is worth a couple of your pounds.

Gez and Andy x

Byff

You crazy fool. I suppose some copper from behind the settee might make it's way into a collection box for you.

If you plan on any more charity events, may I suggest a sponsered "kissing as many page 3 girls as possible". Actually, now there's an idea......
