The software is available to check it yourself as long as you have a laptop with a serial port and an RS232 lead.

I tried a usb to serial adaptor, but it didn't work.

The software comes with some pretty comprehensive instructions, but if you aren't pc literate or not handy with the spanners, I would leave it for HHC.

Work is ok and the Mini is really exciting in the bends, just takes a long time to get up to speed. I really miss that push in your back from the acceleration.

I'm afraid I don't have a laptop, but I have everything else. BTW, you can buy a lead from Maplins for a couple of quid, it's finding a laptop that has the serial port that's the problem, most new ones don't have them fitted.

I found R&P Woods in Heaton was pretty good at getting it set up.

So do i if you need to borrow it. Got an rs232 lead too (9 pin), if needed. Dont have the sofware or the expertise to use it though....
