Does anyone know what the hell those cameras were for on bridges on the A19 and A174??

These aren't the normal Traffic Master cameras. They are temporary installations with two cameras pointing forward at the traffic flow.

They'll end up deciding that there aren't enough cars on the A174 so they'll have to reduce the speed limit to 40mph to keep the cars there for longer.
