I had this bizarre dream [officer]...
I dreamt that two bikes of not insignificant capacity were going about their business when some clown in a GTi-R thing tried to muscle past on a roundabout not dissimilar to the Parkway interchange.
Once the first bike let him through, he then proceeded to drive in an aggressive manner such as to force the second (ie leading) bike out of the way.
The second biker appeared to take this as a challege to his masculinity (read: oh, you wanna race, do you?
) and rapidly closed on said hatchback, passing it at a speed that involved the digits 3 and 5. And maybe 1 as well.
The lead biker, having given away to hatchback-boy, and momentarily lost sight of his mate, grasped the severity of the situation and dropped down a couple of gears such that when the redline was reached in second gear, a velocity approximating something very naughty was reached.
By now the other bike had backed-off to allow the other parties to catch up and the Nisotubishi duly reeled him in and presumably thought his was the faster vehicle as a result.
Right up to the point where the other bike came into its power band and passed at a really very naughty speed indeed
Just to rub it in, the bike that had slowed now gained momentum, came alongside and started making 'is that all you've got?' gestures at the driver, before nipping off towards the horizon to catch his mate.
As I said, it was a VERY strange dream, of which the moral is, I suspect, don't play out of your league, sonny
