Windscreen remove & re-seal in North East

Hi

Having spoken to previous owner of my new 996tt I've discovered that a high-speed rattle/vibration that occurs started happening after he'd had the windscreen replaced at an official porsche centre. The very same centre I bought the car from.

I'll be on the phone complaining tomorrow, but wondered if anyone could recommend a good windscreen replacement company in North East (Cleveland preferably). I just want the screen unbonding and then bonding again properly - Do i need to buy new rubber seals etc for this?
