Just had my 12K service done at Falcon in Middlesbrough and yet again an excellent service provided.
Car runs like a dream was all nice and shiney when I picked her up and they took the time to show me the parts the had been changed and talk me through what had been done.
The good news is that my car got a clean bill of health bad news my wallet is alot lighter.
I would recommend falcon to anyone owning a tvr

Nice to hear. I have just dropped mine off there to have the wheel alignment reset. Good clean workshop, professional team. Can't fault them.

Do they do 4 wheel laser alignment there Bob? Been looking for a half decent place locally as it happens to get the camber / castor / toe setup.

They're old school, they do everything by direct measurement. Their bread & butter work is setting up race cars though so I'm sure they know how to get the best out of you car. They are doing road heigh toe and camber on all 4 for me. I'm not sure if castor is adjustable on a Chimaera. Settings from Derek at AbShocks. Cheers Martyn,
I will be sure to mention your name when I contact them - got a few small jobs on the S3 to do myself and when finished will be contacting Falcon for a 4 wheel allighnment and the possibility of squeezing some extra horses - do they have rolling road facilities do you know and are they up for re-map / chip upgrades.
Cheers
Graham

Where abouts in Boro are they?
On Skippers Lane. The workshop is not easy to locate, tucked in behind another building. It's best to locate them on a map first. Falcon Engineering & Development Ltd

Steve Crawford is the main man. Let him know you were recommended. He knows Martyn and me very well

Graham they dont have a rolling road but when I used to take my skyline there I sure they have someone who works there who used to work for superchips or was trained to fit them so a chip upgrade should be no problem.
For an example of the quality of their work, have a look at the January 2007 ed. of Volksworld magazine and the article "Falcon's best". The article is about the restoration of a 1974 1303 VW by FP. I have seen the car in their workshop and the meticulous preparation of the car is amazing.

Do they have any experience with the AJP engines.
To be honest I don't know. They happily deal with RV8 & S6 but I don't recall ever seeing an AJP in there. They have a good relationship with a dealer down south, I won't share the name as that may upset things. The dealer, being so far away does not see Falcon as a competitor and is happy to provide advice from time to time
