I've got a bad back, really bad... not only have i had to leave a great friends leaving-the-country party really early tonight, but I can't drive my car!!!!!!

Haven't been out in the westy for almost two weeks due to one thing or another and was really looking forward to a blat out in it this week, but that has been cruelly taken away from me! Why me! I can't even manage to wash and polish her! What have I done to derserve being dealt this cruel hand?

I feel your suffering brother!

Suffered bad backs for a long time and I've found the best remedy is paracetemol and ibuprofen. My back seems a lot stronger since I've taken up swimming aswell, but we'll see how well it stands up to skiing next year before I declare it fixed.

You have my sympathy mate. I eventually needed an op to sort mine. The worst bit is telling people you have a bad back and them looking at you as if you are just swinging the lead. I wouldn't wish a bad back on my worst enemy.
well maybe

Have you been to see anyone about it? My mate has been treating sports injuries for years and he did a hell of a job on my back when I pulled it recently.

You're not wrong ray von, everyone looked at me last night as if i was full of sh*t when I sloped off home early, and i was in agony!

Been to the docs tonight about it and got some rx painkillers, and a referral to physio. Luckily got an appointment for tomorrow morning, and bupa are picking up the bill.
