Lawyer required specialising in Traffic law

I have been convicted of failing to provide the drivers details under Section 172 of the road traffic act @ Teesside Magistrates' court onthe 13/03/07. I wish to appeal, hence I need to hire a lawyer specialising Road Traffic Law and based or willing to work in the North East.

Can anybody recommend one to me? If so, please post up their details as I have 21 days from the conviction in which to appeal.
