Cany anybody recommend a decent bodyshop?

Hi, I'd like to get a few rust bubbles and small dint removed from my car. Can anybody recommend a decent bodyshop, ideally around Gateshead or Whitley Bay?

Best in the area is Bill Heaney, phone number 0191 265 8511. They've won loads of bodyshop of the year awards and those type of things and most decent car's are sent there (all Porsches from the OPC in Silverlink are sent there. Its in Byker, and a bit hard to find, but well worth it. Their work is faultless and looks better than new. This does of course however come at a cost....

I have a the exact same problem so would be interested to hear what other people suggest, as to be honest I doubt I can afford Bill Heaney's/Ford...

...and i'm after a cheap but good bodyshop in the area too! I need a basic respray, no bodywork damage and a full spray over so there shouldn't be any colour matching problems.

Think I want something at the cheaper end of the market. The repairs are going to be very difficult to spot anyway.

Go to regent garage Swalwell ask for Tom. 0191 488 7229. He has worked on my E30m3 and my e39 523. His work is good. Tell him Dave with the 523 from Century radio reccomended him. Your welcome to come have a look at my car if you want to see his work

I had my cerb full respray @ Hexham Motor Body repairs, did an excellant job, was on advice of John HHC.

i went to Hexham motor bodies yesterday, there sending me a quote in the post tomorrow.
on a different note was out on a run earlier today and bumped into the lads off here at the wheatsheaf where the TVR meetings are. good bunch of lads

If you want cheap then use the guy I use at Clifford street autobodies in Byker. Its right by the police station and the bingo place. To put prices into perspective, I got quoted roughly £250-£300 from most bodyshops but he sorted everything for £60. If I had a Porsche I wouldn't take it there but he sorted out my Ford Focus Fine.
