Byff & Minimax's ride home
Discussion
Just had a nice blat back from Hartlepool with Minimax (we lost ToonTVR when we did an unscheduled stop for fuel)
It was a bit dodgy on the foggy bits, but thankfully they were just patches and we kept to sensible speeds, but when visibility got better, it was time to play. We found this private road that runs scarily close to the A19 so it was time to test Minimax's new Lotus toy.
We did a 0-60 challenge, where the mighty Cerbera sat and spun it's wheels while Minimax headed off down the road. Once I'd overcome my heavy foot and got going, I soon reeled him in and shot past, mwhahahahaha! I love the power of the Cerb!
I also let him off the lead a bit, then did a flypast - this was hindered a bit by an elephant infront, so I only got to 1.30 leptons.
I noticed a buggy type contraption on the Peterlee turn off - looked a bit like a Baja Bug, so if your lurking on here
Had a good night everyone - apologies to anyone I may not have talked too and I hope I don't sell the Cerb too soon so I can bring it to the next meet.

Me Julie had a hair thing going on, so we pootled meekly back down a non-private road using less fuel than the Gossamer Albatross (remember that!?) stopping only to fill any vacant intestinal crannies with a McDonald's ice cream thing. I was somewhat surprised to find that Hartlepool could only summon up two delinquents to staff the place though; they were a bit overworked by three customers...
