Anyone know a builder?.....Need some render doing......

Deffo not a motoring related subject (well, I suppose it is slightly) does anyone know of any decent builders in the Durham area as I'm after some render doing on my garage an porch, quite a large garage 7m x 7m approx, and the porch is maybe 3m x 2m so a fairly sizable bit!
The guy I have used in the past has been a bit slow, so I'm after someone who can do a decent job reasonably quickly, and it would obviously be paid in the folding stuff!
