Not quite,

But, I'd be grateful if you could help me out with my university work. I'm doing research into the market for Chinese food. Its a quick questionnaire and will probably take you no more than a few minutes to fill in.

Alternatively, if you want, just post some comments about Chinese food below please. With me being in Newcastle I'd be particularly interested in where people go locally.

Thanx for any help.

Regards, Tony.

My friend owns a commercial kitchen operation in Team Valley and said they delivered some equipment to them and the floor was so sticky your foot stuck to the ground.

went to Fuji Rama (sp.?) recently and was well impressed, they cook the stuff on a huge hotplate infront of your table and put a good show on while they cook it.

£22 per person but you are there for a min of 2 hours.

the best chinese and cantonese food you'll ever eat is from a place in leadgate / consett called the pavillion.
really spectacular food, quite expensive, but then you pay for what you get so to speak.
the owner (Kim) is a lovely guy, and formerly my next door neighbour. we frequent it regularly and never fail to come away happy.
highly recommended restaurant.
