Unmarked Cop Car Durham

We saw a dark powder blue 3-series BMW pulling a car over in Ouston, Co. Durham on Saturday, full blue flashers behind the grill, uniform inside. On an 04 plate, XX04 CVX or CXV, something like that.

Also there's been a scam van lurking in the roadworks on the A19 near Sunderland.

There is a unmarked bike around the Gateshead/Whickham area also, totally black from the front and the rider has black leathers/helmet, it's pretty obvious what it is from the back though
