Sounds like good news. I'll be there.

Do you know anything that hasn't been published yet Bob?

Sorry, Ted hasn't said anything more. I don't care, I'm going no matter what where it is.

It's pretty certain I'll still have the Cerbera - the wife's just cottoned on that I've no real desire to sell it. It's been up for sale now for about a year without a sniff of interest.

I did think this. So I'll have to see if I can get you blamed for doing donuts again.

Camping in April (shiver), I think we'll need a large camp fire.

camping at cadwell was pretty bloody cold but we managed!

huge camp fires combined with lots of beer will see us through!

It'll be May 1st so lovely and warm.

The venue won't allow campfires unfortunately but BBQs will be fine (I've been checking this).

Do donuts at this place and you'll soon be asked to leave (in a more friendly manner than the security blokes we had in 04 mind you!)

I'm going to paint it green and put a big mirror on the roof so it looks like a convertible, get myself a little tash and put silver streaks in my hair, then donut to my heart's content shouting - "hello, my names Bob!"

Then in the true spirit of the cannonball run II, have a bunch of semi-naked young ladies with hose pipes ready to wash the green paint off

What silver? I can't see any silver.

I may make an appearance, but I'm planning to head to Stoneleigh to see about a new car that weekend

I need a new partner. All those good things I've been saying about living with a fellow petrolhead, they mean nothing now. Carole says the end of April will be too cold for camping. I wasn't planning on sleeping anyway.

So, I need a 22yr old blond in good working order. If you have a spare 22yr old please let me know.

I just wonder if the senile dementia has already kicked in, what 22 year old blond is he living with.....
........and in my defence the last time I went camping in April I came home with a genuine case of frost bite

That was on the slopes of Snowdonia in the late '70's in a frame tent. I remember it well, waking to find the tent had somehow reduced in height overnight and soon to find it was the weight of snow on the roof that was causing the problem. As I recall we decided it was probably a good time to go home.

Damart thermawear may be the fashion item for PF this year.

Just had terrible news. Turns out that I'm expected to work on MayDay B/H - B'Stards! Will have to try to swap shifts or develop something very poorly that requires a sick note. If I have to move heaven and high water, I will get a PF06 sticker!

Don't let work get in the way of your reason for working. Oh and BTW in UK Employment law nobody can be forced to work a bank holiday.

It's not the firm that forces us to work, it's the fact that the service needs to run and for the service to run, you need a power controller. Because we are a small band of controllers, we sort ourselves out, knowing that someone will have to draw the short straw and work on a B/H.

I'm hoping to get it off (with the 20yr old blonde Bob's promised me) but will have to wait and see - I'm not one for giving in.
