In the darkness, noticed wierd looking lights in the rearview mirror and thought it was a Celica or something. Got round to the private test track and gave it a quick squirt, but he stayed with me.

When we got off the test track, he overtook me on the Felling bypass and then I realised it was infact an 05 plate F430 Spider. No wonder I couldn't shake the bugger

Had nice blue flames from his exhaust, a thoughly pleasant experience and a knowing grin and a nod from the driver

I suppose in a straight line on a private test track...it would be very difficult to see who would win, but I would imagine that with your legendary dedication when it comes to caining it and given the brute force of the cerb it should be the eventual winner?

I reckon theres enough road down the Felling bypass to test the VMAX v's Gatso theory!

Did think of that myself once however the flashing box on the lights just after would get you if they were on red as doubt would stop in time!

Sounds like the one I had a play with back in October/November time, blue flames too!

The Elise was shamed in a straight line, the Cerb will have given a better show though Byff.

I'm not too dissapointed that he managed to get past me, after all, he spent around £130,000 for the priviledge and he still had to work for his pleasure. To think my car is 9 years old and was bought for less than the price of a Mondeo. I think I have the last laugh.
