With the current 4-for-3 price that Karting North East is running, it seems daft not to go again (it's fairly cheap as well in reality). If we can get 20 people the total cost would be £27.75 each rather than £37!

I propose Friday 13th at 7ish (give us more time to get there).

If you add your name to show interest I'll sort out the bookings etc...

Too soon for me. I'd rather do this a couple of times per year; keeps it special that way.

I agree, but for December and January we can save £10 each...

I'd be up for a late Febuary date. Agree with Bob, we need to keep it special, like the special lad that he is but on the other hand, agree with Stefan, It's a good deal at the moment so we have to take advantage of it.

Is Friday the 13th really a good day to go karting on?

Stefan, you will be pleased to know that I cannot make the 13th. I would suggest an early January Karting meet and get more NEPH along and maybe make it a bi-monthly event / championship? I am happy to put up some more product prizes.

Keep practicing karting Stefan, you are driving very well.

Cheers,
Ian (The guy with the perfect face for radio)

Thanks Ian I'm still intrigued to know if you were racing properly or if you were been a gentleman and taking it easy. Either way, I had loads of fun (and utter frustration at that spin!)

To be honest I think it's best to knock this idea on it's head in the short-term. Organise another event later in the year.

Guess who's got tickets to see Little Britian Live?

I'd be up for a February date. Don't get all dispondant on us now Stefan

I was just reading my emails again and found out that the special offer at Warden Law is only for Dec and Jan. Hows about arranging another night late Jan as Stefan suggested, but then leave the next one till summer?

I don't know about anyone else, but I quite enjoyed sliding round in the wet, tremendous fun.

Can we have a show of hands?

I'll definitely be up for a January event, after the 10th if poss. Sure my bro would be up for it as well and probably a couple of other lurking PH'ers, so put me down for 4 provisionally.

I'm going with work on the 13th now.

Hows about the Friday 30th - is that late Jan enough?

If you're going to be short on numbers I can always ask some of the Westfield lads?

Any news on the January karting event ?

I would be a definite for any time in January except 22nd - 30th.

I should be able to persuade the soupman to come along as well

sorry I haven't replied sooner, life has been appaling recently.

I want to go karting, a fair few people from work want to go and I'm sure I can persuade a couple of mates to tag along....

Hows about Monday 30th - it works very well for me...

merry christmas to those who are able to enjoy it.
