Our last get-together of the year

This will be our last get-together of the year and our first lunchtime gathering.

I have planned a post lunch run that will take approximately 1 1/2 hrs however the weather may end up playing a part. If it's too bad we should probably save the run and do it early 2006.

Finished moving me Julie's stuff in here today, looking forward to an extra income from renting the flat!

Now, should we rent out the house as well and find somewhere with an even bigger garage...?
