My recovery insurance is due for renewal.
Can I ask what peoples experience of the RAC and the AA are?
I've only used the RAC before and it wasn't a good experience:
"I've broken down on the roundabout at Junction 63 on the A1M".
"Where's that?"

Auto Express did a group test a couple of weeks ago, and
AA came top.
As a 'member', I found that reassuring.
