WOW,

New to the forum but had to tell you about this -

Spotted a bright orange Murcie (with a carbon? black rear tail spoiler) - blatting up the A1 North (REALLY giving it the Billy Berries!) of Newcastle on Saturday (near the Crammy turn off)- name or something on plate - sounded Bl**dy fantastic even from other side of road!

Anyone on here? Local car?

Could it be the EVO car?

Stefan,

That's Simon George's car (EVO magazine) - mine is same colour and spec. (but FASTER!) - I have the Tubi Exhaust and the rear wing is a proprietary unit.

Good to see you using the car as God intended! That Tubi Exhaust must be louder than stock surely?

Sounded like an F1 car at full tilt!

Would love to have a closer look if you ever go to any of the meets.

Holy crap - have you seen his profile

Dealmaker - you like your porsches. If that is a chronological list I'd love to know the reason behind

diablo -> diablo -> HUMMER

Still a cracking lust of cars there

Neil,

Yes I do indeed like Porsches (my second Love as a schoolkid after Lambo's !!!). I've probably spent more money at JCT than anywhere else!

The list is fairly chronological - though I must admit I've probably omitted a few.

I had the Hummer at the same time as the second Diablo SV, it was the first HUMMER (an H1 as they are now known) - it was the civilised "military" version that I imported from Australia (where they had a small factory doing some RHD conversions for the Far East & Australasia market) - the type Arnie likes! It was great fun and I loved it because of the depth of engineering that had gone into it.

Boys and their toys eh!
