Saltburn Classic American show

So why is it off the road Tony?
I hope it's nothing serious.
I've just got back online after the house move.
- Was planning on going to the trackday though, just to spectate. Weather forecast looks ok.
Aaaah - just seen on the Wedge forum that it's your starter motor. (I'd just give it a good clean first ).
Good luck!

Did you manage the last of your things Graham?
It was a decent drive back last week wasn't it. Mind you that suicidal bus driver on Hasty Bank obviously didn't remember that he had 30odd people on board
car is back on road; it had only worked loose, thrown a bolt out and the other was loose. Nice that it's back in the garage ready for a cold air blast this afternoon.
Cheers.

I know Saltburn isn't exactly Vegas, and I would find it eventually, but can you tell me whereabouts the show is?? Is it possible to get in gratis if you have anything vaguely interesting even if it isn't a Yank??
Cheers
Mark
once you're in Saltburn, head for the sea. At the bottom of the steep descent you find a car park on the prom on the left. You won't miss it!
Each year there are a wide variety of things from choppers to beach buggies. Even TVRs.
The car show is 2 miles from my house and i never went, cos i ahve spat my dummy out. My new engine has gone bang after less than 400 miles so i would not be able to of taken my jeep, and the cops have for the first year put a stop to cars doing burnouts as they leave going up the bank. Cars have done it since it first started approx 7 years ago. so i went to avon park to the hot rod drags. I bought a ford pop about a month ago and after this event and what i have seen i want an 8.2 litre or bigger chevy big block to go in it. the outlaw anglias were mint..
