Hi all
I am due a service for my chim i live in Hartlepool [god knows why.]where is the best place to go.Is it Hexham or Harrogate or is there any where else. your views please

Hexham is the only place to go. Harrogate is under new management so they may be better than I recall but in the past they had no time for people with non-current models

Does this mean he charges what he likes?? like formula one in Newcastle do as they are the only Lotus supplier around here

No. Tony & Richard are honest blokes. I just mean, once you've tried the rest you know who's the best. Hexham HC look after their customers very well and give honest advice.

I have always had excellent service from Hexham too, they have looked after my chim for the last 3 years and 30000 miles.

Thats great Hexham it is then but how long will take. I mean will i have to leave it and come back another day or can i walk around for several hours looking at hadrians wall.

They have always managed to do mine in a day. Drop off at 9:00 and pick it up at 17:00. You can get a bus through to the Metro Centre and spend the day there. Hexham town really doesn't have enough to entertain for that long.

I always tend to take one of their courtesy cars, just in case there's anything that crops up that might not be able to be completed on the day. That way there's no need to make unneccessary additional journeys there - but there again that's just me

If you need any work done email me. F1 aren't the only place that does Lotus up here now.
