Croft Trackday 18th September

I would like to improve the way our Croft Trackday is organised. With your help we should be able to book a session with a one off charge and then share the cost between us.

The benefits are:

• We get guaranteed exclusivity so we will have the comfort of knowing the people with whom we share the track

• The more people we have the cheaper it becomes.

• • Less than 15 cars = £160 per head
  
  
  • 15 or 30 cars = £144 per head (grouped in 15 car sessions)
  
  
  • 31 – 45 cars = As little as £106 per head depending on numbers and the whole day exclusively ours

Issues are:

We won't know the cost until we know how many people are coming. (I can guarantee that it will be cheaper than the standard rate of £160)

If we do this I will need to take on a financial risk; I will be paying for the event. I have happily done this for other events but this time the numbers are too big so I'll need assurance that interested parties will refund me their share of the cost.

My brother is going to come along, can he also drive my car on the track? I assume there will be an additional fee for this.

Oh no, I understand that Mr. Jude & Mr. Jude Snr also plan to bring along their secret car that only a very few people have ever seen before - this could make for an interesting day indeed.

I won't be on the track when its out there, i will be in the pits watching with interest.

Ian did the HHC trackday a couple of weeks ago. I've just received my CD from that event. I do intend to ask him but he could well be covering another event on that day.
