Calling photographer Ian H.

Message for Ian H.
Hexham HC are holding their customers day track day hoon at Croft on Wednesday July 27th.
Would you be interested in being photographer for the day ?
I'm sure all drivers on the day would be willing to pay for a CD of the photographs that you took on a similar basis to what you did last year with the PH gang.
If not Ian H, any other snappers?
Cheers,
Ian.

spotted the Noble at croft on Sunday and it was looking lovely in the sunshine (one of the best colours I've seen on a Noble)
Do you keep some glass cleaner and a cloth in it - the amount of sweaty handprints on the drivers window when I walked past, must be tricky to see out on the way home

The car does get some attention, but I've never seen so many people around the car before, considering the amount of high profile kit that was around at Croft.
And yes, I did have to stop on the way home just outside of the circuit to clean the windows because I couldn't see clearly through the side windows.
It was interesting to observe how the touring car drivers were taking Barcroft corner. (The fast right before Sunny). Plato was completely flat through there, whilst his team mate Hines lifted considerably with flames of overun before the corner. When I followed Warren Hughes in the HHC demo Noble M400 the last time, Warren took a very wide line into Barcroft (using the outside edge of the track) to reduce the corner angle, and carry more speed through there. I tried it later and it worked, although I would very very careful in the wet as you have to cross the white line.
Looking forward to getting on track next week.
Cheers,
Ian.

Hi Ian
Yes I can be available next Wednesday, no problem at all, if you could let me have some details regarding times etc.
Just been up to Knockhill at the weekend for the supercar trackday
Cheers

Hi Ian,
Briefing is 9.00 for 9.15 am, so I guess any time after that would be fine.
I will let Tony at HHC know, so that he can announce you are on site for the day.
Cheers,
Ian

One of the old astra coupes took a wide line - just a bit too wide he came to quite a sudden halt. Heard later that he might have broken his arm - hope he's alright. We were sat on the banks half way up from sunny out. Lovely day - thanks to SEAT/Bluechip hospitality.

I was spectating in the same area and saw Mr Proctor modify the tyre wall and his car. Bit of a mess. Hope he is OK also.
Cheers,
Ian.
