Guys

Has anyone any recommendations for an MOT testing centre who are used to testing Exotic/Supercar stuff.

Ideally they'd let me drive the car in and out - and onto any testing equipment - as not only is it very low but has a very sensitive clutch needing experience to drive. Can't really take it to the local Halfords/ATS - and don't want to have to ship it down country just for an MOT.

Cheers.

I have my Caterham (very little ground clearance) serviced by Hexham Horseless Carriages and they have an arrangement with a local MOT centre, may be worth giving them a call

Might be more worthwhile posting on the supercar thread as it seems to be more active than here! whistle

Surely if you are that worried you just let your franchised dealer sort it smile

Sorry to drum up an old topic, but did you get sorted? I've the same predicament with my McLaren, looking for any recommendations in Newcastle for an MOT?

I use these, depending on how far you want to travel. Nearer Durham than Newcastle.

Lots of exotica stuff gets looked after here along with every day stuff too

Last Saturday I used Team Valley service and MOT Centre for my 991 RS.

Couldn't fault them. Very professional. They had 3 of them watching it onto the ramp. 2 lying on the floor checking it didn't catch the front splitter....they seemed pleased when I pointed out it had front lift.
