Barring a miracle - the Peugeot that was behind me in the left lane who appeared to wish to undertake me even though i was already doing 50 (in a 30) getting snapped instead of me, i've almost certainly been caught red handed.

Parked outside the cemetry, probably catching town bound traffic on the 30 / dual carriageway stretch of jesmond road soon after the cradlewell bypass.

Watch out PH'ers...

I *think* he goes for people going eastbound there, because he does park further up the road to get westbound as you drive away from him iirc...

was he hiding behind the wall as you come round through the lights before jesmond road?

He was at the entrance to the cemetry on Jesmond Road, opposite the hotel (the swallow?), this is between the Cradlewell bypass and the main set of lights just before the central motorway.

Also seen a van at Longbenton near Blue Flames club and South Gosfprth near the Millstone Pub....

Watch out for a temporary speed camera sign "tie-wrapped" to a lmap post usually 50 / 100 yards before the van is parked up!!!!!!

I got told off by a police man a few days ago on osbourne road for not having a front number plate, saying the speed cameras won't be able to catch me. Not much incentive to get one now that they park a van about 400 metres from my flat !
