I have just collected my 280i wheels (compomotive cross spokes) from 'Motorcool' in Stockton on Tees.

Powder coated, tyres put back on, and wheels balanced.
Price £35 a wheel.

They have done an excellent job, very speedily, and were very friendly and helpful.

Apparently their main business is radiators - recoring etc, particularly classic and specialist cars.

I had a set of old really knackered Mini Wheels refurbed (Powdercoated) at ROMAX at Stockton, and they also shotblasted and powdercoated a sumpgard for me. Their workmanship was superb, 4 wheels and sumpguard £80.

I have heard that ROMAX have a good reputation. I did call round their place a couple of months back and it was locked up (working day mid morning), I have not had chance to go past there again just in case they were on holiday etc.
