Are Stratstone following in the footsteps of Lookers Ford and closing the dealership on Preston Farm ? Just been passed. Only two cars in the showroom and most of the used LR stock gone as well. Looks liek teh bailiffs have been in

I heard they are demolishing & rebuilding. Highly not recommended from my p-o-v - and I’m just 2-3 miles away and have had five new LRs in last 10 years. I’d choose Ripon over them every time

Stratstone Sunderland is about 4 miles away for me , Ripon LR got my business as well.

Sunderland rang back over a week after I’d bought my RRS saying they couldn’t source one and it would have to be factory order.

Well worth the trip down.

Ripon LR were far more customer focused, and collected the car from me too :-)

It's shocking and has been for some time.

Apparently the delay in the old building was due to waiting for the demolition certificate . . .

Me neither, awful after sales service when buying too. I only wanted doing what had been agreed in the deal, Tried to weasel out of most of it. Luckily I had email evidence. Never again
