Lease car damage repair - North East (North Tyneside/Newc)

Hi folks

I damaged my car 2 years ago (22 months). It's finally going back to lease co next month so looking to get it repaired as cheaply as possible.

I know it's a bad pic. Any guesstimates on cost? Does it look like a mobile repairer could fix it? Does it need a full body shop?

The valance has a chunk out of it. Not sure whether to just leave and let the lease co bill me.
