Oil cap on C63 Merc

The oil cap is on so tight I can't force it to turn - being a woman!! Tried small mole grips but I don't want to damage the plastic. There must be a specific tool for turning this...?? Anyone know what it is. I'm surprised it's not in the little toolkit. In desperation I had to top up the oil through the dipstick channel...

Does it push down before you twist. I don’t know. Just a guess

Thanks for responding, however, the oil top didn't push down first - it was just tightened far too tight by the Mercedes mechanics...! I had to use one of those bottle openers, with the rubber band, to lever it off...!! But sorted now thanks.
